COMMENT BY BARRY CLEAVIN: I live 'down under'. Vincenzo's Mastrangelo workings are from 'up over' and yet speak clearly to such as myself - be is musically, or visually. The most notable thing is that we are given things that matter as stories. Things to think about - couched in terms that negate a necessity for language. The images and the musical offerings speak related to things and problems that face all of us. I thank Vincenzo for bring such things to our attention. 'Art' must exist apart from hedonism - it has a higher purpose when artists choose to project more than their ego or desire to be noticed. I have been much taken by the consistency of the flow offered by this 'Facebook friend' - he adds to my day - much in the same way that J.S.Bach's 'Die Kunst der Fuge' performed by Jordi Savall and Hesperion XX that I am listening to as I write this, adds to my days. We need such eye and sound food for the times in which we live are difficult.
